Beginning Freediver

Learn to freedive with confidence in a safe manner. This is a great skill for spearfishermen, underwater photographers, and videographers. Most divers think that freediving (snorkeling) is easy and safe; however, freediving is extremely dangerous if not properly trained.

This course consists of both lecture and waterwork, including breathhold techniques and safety measures that are required both at the surface and throughout the dive.
